Joshua Team

Joining Joshua Team is a unique opportunity to band together with a group of students seeking to become faithful, reliable men and women who are entrusted with the things of God and charged to pass it on to others through The Navigators ministry at the Univ. of Nebraska-Lincoln, and during 11 weeks you will grow like the Biblical character Joshua in commitment, consistency, discipline, vision, and spiritual leadership.

Joshua Team will require a time commitment similar to that of a two-hour class.  Applying implies a commitment to attend the Tuesday evening meetings from 8:30pm-9:30pm at Destinations Coffeehouse (2345 New Hampshire St) beginning January 30 and ending April 16th.  There will be no meeting February 13, March 12 or March 19. You also commit to participating in and completing all assignments with a teachable attitude.

Inevitably, choosing  to participate in Joshua Team also means saying "no" to other things.  If your heart's desire and ambition is to grow as a disciple of Jesus, and learn how to more effectively make disciples during college and for the rest of your life, we are excited to have you apply and look forward to spending this developmental time with you!

Cost includes training materials & registration for Disciplemakers Conference (Feb 16-18)
